Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Bearsshop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Merchandise (excluding jerseys) shipment processing time

All merchandise (excluding jerseys) orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the off-season (September to April), this can be slightly higher as we don't have a lot of stock so we have to order in batches. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Jersey shipment processing time

Sydney Bears jerseys require a little bit more time than our other merchandise to produce, so all jersey orders are processed and shipped within 5-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the off-season (September to April), this can be slightly higher as we don't have a lot of stock so we have to order in batches. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages 

The Bearsshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
